1: (10-oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips, melted

1: (16-oz.) can vanilla frosting

36: milk chocolate candy drops or pieces

Directions

1 In medium bowl, combine melted peanut butter chips and frosting; blend well. Cool 20 minutes or until room temperature.
2 Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Press 1 chocolate candy into each ball, flattening ball. If desired, place in decorative paper candy cups. Store in airtight container.

Since my oven was broken, I tried to find something easy to make for a family gathering that didn't require baking. I came across this. It was extremely easy to make and I loved the results. The only thing I would change is the description of this cookie/candy...to me it was more like a Peanut Butter Fudge with a candy kiss on top. So instead of saying it's a cookie or candy, plain and simple it's fudge! But very good and very rich tasting! I would definitely make this again!
