Ingredients

cup mayonnaise

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3
teaspoons seafood seasoning (from 6-oz container)
1
lb fresh crabmeat
1/2 cup finely crushed oyster crackers
2
tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2
tablespoons capers
2
teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Additional chopped fresh chives, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch round (1 1/2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice and seafood seasoning. Stir in crabmeat, crushed crackers, 2 tablespoons chives, the capers and parsley. Spoon into baking dish.
  3. 3 Bake uncovered 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Garnish with additional chives.
