Ingredients

  • 6 oz. (about 7 inches) plain or herb-flavored Italian bread, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup red or yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup purchased Caesar salad dressing

    Grill or toast bread slices until lightly browned. Cut into 1/2-inch squares (about 5 cups).

    In medium bowl, combine bread and all remaining ingredients; mix gently. If desired, serve with additional grated cheese.
