My husband and kids loved this! I made several substitutions based on what I had on hand. I used an onion, northern beans and soul food seasoning in place of shallots, black beans and taco seasoning. I also used Doritos rather than plain tortilla chips. 2 things I will change next time: I will use less liquid (it was too soupy) and I will bake it at 350 (the cheese burned). Also I cooked and used 3 chicken breasts and I used the broth from those. The flavor is fabulous! My husband and I can't wait to see how the leftovers are for lunch tomorrow!
