Nacho Bagels

Ingredients

  • 2 bagels, split, toasted
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 4 oz. Mexican pasteurized prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup real bacon pieces

Steps

    Top each toasted bagel half with tomato, cheese and bacon. Place on broiler pan or ungreased cookie sheet.

    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

  • Serve these quick open-faced sandwiches on colorful paper napkins. They're perfect to grab and go when you're in a hurry!
