I have read the 9 reviews and can't believe we are talking about the same pie. I reviewed the instructions I printed to make sure I didn't make an error, but I didn't and even let it cook a little longer as it was "soupy" in the middle. At that point, figuring it had cooked long enough and would firm as it cooled, I removed it from the oven, cooled it, and refrigerated it. The next day when we cut it to serve for Thanksgiving dinner dessert, it was all soupy in the middle and looked "grayish". Unfortunately, it wasn't appetizing at all, and I had to through it away. I got the recipe from MyRecipes.com.

I started making this pie years ago and fell in love with it. I only make it for Thanksgiving and X-mas, because it's so rich and good. I thank the person who made this recipe up. Love it.

Everybody loves this pie! I used to make it years ago, and glad I found the recipe again. Way too easy for as good as it is

My entire family loves this pie. I have made it every Thanksgiving since I received the book with it in it, a number of years ago. We like it because it is not as sweet as a regular pecan pie. I am visiting my son in Nassau, Bahamas and he wants me to make it. I forgot the recipe, and lo and behold, I found it. Now I have to e-mail it to my son in Los Angeles. He wants to make it also.

This was the first "homemade" pie that I made when I got married in 1964. I was not a good cook but when I made this pie I was amazed at myself. It's easy to prepare and delicious. It was - and still is requested during the Holidays.

This pie is reeeeeally good! I love cream cheese and my husband loves pecan pie, so it was the perfect compromise. My husband even thinks he likes this pie better than classic pecan pie! Definitely worth baking!
