Ingredients

tablespoons red currant jelly

tablespoon sweet-hot mustard

tablespoon chopped fresh or freeze-dried chives

boneless smoked pork chops (1/2 inch thick)

Directions

  1. 1 GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine currant jelly, mustard and chives; mix well.
  2. 2 When ready to grill, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; brush with jelly mixture. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated and glazed, turning once and brushing occasionally with jelly mixture.
