Expert Tips

Keep a spray bottle filled with water near the grill for unexpected flare-ups.

Smoked pork chops are available in the fresh meat or frozen foods section of large supermarkets or from your local meat market.

Mashed potatoes and deli or homemade coleslaw (made with precut cabbage and purchased dressing) are the perfect side dishes for these sweet-and-spicy chops.
