package (8 oz) Chinese wide lo mein noodles

tablespoon vegetable oil

package (8 oz) fresh mushrooms, chopped (about 3 cups)

cup stir-fry sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Break noodles in half; cook as directed on package; drain.
  2. 2 In 10-inch skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Add noodles and stir-fry sauce; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
