Expert Tips

In China, noodles are bought from noodle vendors on the street or in noodle shops. The Chinese often will enjoy a steaming bowl of noodles as a light meal or bedtime snack.

If you can't find Chinese lo mein noodles, substitute fettuccine. Use 8 oz and cook it as directed on package.
