We kicked this recipe up to be a bit more tastier by starting with crisping up 4 slices of lean bacon diced. To same pan, add the chopped mushrooms and "2TB" diced onion. When veggies are tender - add your flour to absorb the liquids. Add a 2tsp of worcestershire sauce and 1tsp soy, salt and pepper! Yummmy!!!
