I want to try this with a spray butter and the lower calorie sweetners/sugars sold in bulk. I bet it will taste just as yummy as the regular recipe, but it would cut the calories. I followed the directions as printed, this time, but agree with several others in that nuts could be added (if desired). I think I'll also choose to layer the sauce next time. This is one to make every now and then or for a special holiday or occassion! Beware: It won't last long!

This has become a Christmas morning tradition for us. It is something that everyone from 2 to 92 can take part in making. So easy and so yummy!

I made this for New Years morning. I used half the bisquits, all the sugar mixture and baked in a loaf pan. The bottom didn't cook through so we flipped it on a pan and cooked the bottom until it got crunch. Yum! Next time I'm making in a 8 x 8' pan and adding some chopped apples in between the pieces of biscuits. A real winner with adults and kids both!

Today's presentation sounds delicious, but isn't there a step missing in the recipe? Nothing is said abount putting the pieces in a bundt pan or other.

This is a family favorite!!!! Sometimes I add the caramel apple dip you find in the produce section...makes it so much more gooey...
