Making a bundt cake is too much for me so I make muffins.
Easy to make. Easy to share. Easy to freeze. This so much
fun to make with the grandkids. They're in charge of shaking
the bag & filling the muffin tin. When they go home they bring
mommy & daddy a muffin & they are just tickeled with themselves.
Try it you'll like it

This is an absolutely fabulous recipe. I made a couple modifications to it. I add some cinnamon to the caramel. I also add probably 1/4 cup of corn syrup to the caramel. It makes it more gooey. Be prepared for this to disappear quickly!

I made this Christmas morning and it was sooooooo good. I made a mistake and had my Son buy the Cinnamon Roll Grands. It was too late to go back to the store, so I used them! It might have been a little over the top, but it was enjoyed by everyone. Also I had read that you could do this the night before, but to just set it overnight in a cold over. She said not to refrigerate, because they get hard. I poured the brown sugar butter mixture over, just before I put them in the oven. I will definitely make them again.

I love this simple recipe. I use 2 of the large grands in silicone bundt pan. I actually prefer heating the butter and brown sugar and pouring it over the layers instead of just over the top. The sugar tends to crystalize after it cools when I just blend the butter and brown sugar.

I like to add half cup of crushed pecans to the mold with 1 tablespoon of butter mixed with the pecans.

Very good. Be careful not to over cook.

I absolutely love this recipe its so simple to make. The only thing I do different is roll/coat the pieces in the cinnamon/sugar mix in a bowl. Kids will love this for breakfast!

So, how can this be modified for two people without feeling compelled to eat the entire pan (and I would, this is so good!) I used one can of flaky biscuits (I love the layers!) and prepared as directed, but reduced the sugar to 1/3 cup and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. I divided the contents between two small disposable loaf pans. I reduced the syrup to 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 2 teaspoons butter and divided it between the two pans and baked for 18 minutes at the stated oven setting. PERFECT!! And none of the guilt ;-)

I see where several people added butterscotch pudding. When is this added and do you use instant or cook type? Large or small box? Dry or prepared?
Sorry for so many questions, guess I just don't understand!
