Ingredients

3: packages buttermilk biscuit tubes (the small ones not the grands) - 10 per roll

: ¼ cup granulated sugar

1: cup brown sugar

2: tablespoons cinnamon - I use grade A Corinth or Ceylon cinnamon

1: (4.6 oz.) package vanilla pudding (not the instant type)

: ¾ cup butter (unsalted) you can use the salted type it you’d like

: ¼ cup vanilla frosting (melted) optional for drizzling over top of finished monkey bread

Directions

1 Preheat your oven to 350°. Cut biscuit pieces in half (or quarters if you’d like).
2 Combine sugars, cinnamon, and pudding using wire whip so that the ingredients are mixed well together – set aside.
3 Melt butter in separate bowl.
4 Now dip cut biscuits into butter then dredge in the sugar/pudding mix and place into Bundt pan
5 try to place the pieces evenly into the pan so that you have an evenly baked result.
6 After all pieces have been placed into the pan pour the remaining sugar/pudding mixture over the top
7 then pour the remaining butter over the top
8 Place pan into oven and bake for 30 minutes (in an electric oven) or 32 minutes (in a gas oven).
9 Let the bread cool for a minute or two before turning over onto a plate.
10 You can drizzle vanilla frosting over the top for that bakery look if you’d like.
