Mock Sparkling Sangria

A cool and refreshing sangria made using cranberry and lemon juice is perfect for your next gathering – ready in about an hour.

(12-oz.) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed

cups cold water

cup orange juice

tablespoon lemon juice

cups (24 oz.) club soda, chilled

orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 In large nonmetal pitcher or bowl, combine cranberry juice concentrate, water, orange juice and lemon juice; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled.
  • 2 To serve, gently stir in club soda and orange slices.
