We liked this recipe but it did take a while to make them. In order to get them all baked at the same time I used a pizza stone, which was not good. The cookies on the stone came out softer and they broke in two when I tried to dip them in the frosting. Otherwise, this is a great recipe and the cookies look like store bought and make a great gift to friends who are into coffee.
