medium banana, cut into chunks

cups light chocolate soymilk

teaspoons instant coffee granules or crystals
1/2
teaspoon vanilla

cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. 1 In blender or food processor, place banana, soymilk, instant coffee granules and vanilla. Cover; blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend about 15 seconds or until blended.
  2. 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
