cup frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions

  1. 1 In 2-quart saucepan, stir together all ingredients except cheese. Cook over medium heat until hot, stirring frequently.
  2. 2 To serve, ladle chowder into bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
