I made this for my afternoon girl's club who have met for 50+ years. This was a big hit. It is a refreshing dessert for hot summer days. I doubled the recipe and put it in a 9X 13 pan. I also used some frozen sliced strawberries to crush and add to the jello. This worked great in helping to thicken the jello faster before mixing in the rest of the fruit. I will definitely make this again. I give it a five star rating and so do the 9 other club members.

I made this for a 4th of July picnic and is was really good. I made exactly as written (except for full-fat cream cheese and subbed extra strawberries instead of the raspberries). The almond extract in the cream layer was very yummy. Making it again for another picnic now.

I just made this dessert for 4th of July and changed the granola bottom to the oat-dark chocolate granola bars and put vanilla extract in the cream part since I didn't use the almond bars. It was good!

I made this recipe for fathers day,and it was a big hit! I would make this again. I put it in a half size jelly roll pan and added one more package of granola bars and doubled the cream cheese filling. And added a bit more fruit.Everyone loved it.
