This were a hit in my office, and went great with the ice cream we had on hand for Boss Day! I only wish I would have bought MINI chocolate chips and I think buying a graham cracker pie crust and deconstructing it instead of crushing up graham crackers by hand would be better. Nonetheless, I will definitely make this a go-to recipe when I'm needing something sweet and wanting to spoil my coworkers!

Made these for a 50th Birtday/Chocolate Buffet party. Very good. The chocoholics were in heaven. I made these as turnovers, folding over the dough in my pie/empanada press which made a great seal on the dough. Next time I will use mini chocolate chips as another recommended. The half size made more pies and more filling per bite of crust which seemed to be a better ratio. Had to make additional filling with more pies. Once baked I microwaved a quarter cup of chocolate chips in a plastic bag, cut the oorner and drizzled a zig-zag over the top. Someone thought they were commercially m

These were time consuming and really not worth the effort. The taste wasn't anywhere near as good as other S'mores recipes I've tried.

I have a question would this recipe work with splenda instead of the sugar?

These were wonderful. I even liked them better at room temperature. They weren't as messy. I crimped mine with a fork. I am going to make some bite size ones using a smaller circle and just pulling up the sides and pinching.

These little pies are yummy - I used the mini chocolate chips and they worked well. Would be great for children or adults.

Very good! Make sure you use Pillsbury dough! doesn't really work with other brands!
