These were absolutely delicious! Made them for a Baby Shower and everybody loved them! They were all gone really fast and I doubled the recipe too! Everyone was asking for the recipe! The recipe says one package of sausage, I wasn't quite sure what kind of sausage it meant or how much so I used 1 lb of ground italian sausage for the double recipe and it tasted great!

One batch of sausage, mushroom, and cheese mixture makes 48 mini appetizers. So it is the perfect treat to make if you have two parties in a row. The second batch is a breeze without having to prepare everything again.
