They didn't put all directions on the recipe page.
•Press 1 rolled dough into each of the pan cups so it comes up the side, but not over the top edge. Unless you want to fold the extra dough over the top of filled center for a closed top pie. Remember to leave a small opening in the top to allow for venting (steam to escape). Fill with your choice of filling.

To satisfy your sweet cravings, you can change these to a Sweet Lil' Dessert. Add 1/4 cup Sugar or equivalent substiute sweetener to the dough mixture. Then fill with you favorite pie filling or other bakeable sweet filling.
