Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 450• (degrees). Mix the first two ingredients together. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  • 2 Place on flat surface sprinkled with Biskquick® mix. Knead 10 times.
  • 3 Divide into 12 equal parts, and shape (roll) into balls. Roll each ball out to about 3 to 3-1/2 inch rounds.
  • 4 Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray. Carefully place each dough round into a muffin pan cup.
  • 5 Press all around the cup so that the dough comes up the sides, but not over the top edge.
  • 6 Unless you want to to fold the extra dough over the top of the filled center for a closed top pie.
  • 7 Remember to leave a small opening in the top to allow venting ( steam to escape ).
  • 8 Fill with your favorite thick and chunky style soup; or thick and chunky spaghetti sauce or salsa.
  • 9 I used a Progresso® Chunky Chicken Vegetable Soup for 6 mini pies and spaghetti sauce for the rest.
  • 10 Bake 8 - 10 minutes, or until heated through; ( or golden brown for covered top style pies).

They didn't put all directions on the recipe page. •Press 1 rolled dough into each of the pan cups so it comes up the side, but not over the top edge. Unless you want to fold the extra dough over the top of filled center for a closed top pie. Remember to leave a small opening in the top to allow for venting (steam to escape). Fill with your choice of filling.

To satisfy your sweet cravings, you can change these to a Sweet Lil' Dessert. Add 1/4 cup Sugar or equivalent substiute sweetener to the dough mixture. Then fill with you favorite pie filling or other bakeable sweet filling.
