The Grands biscuits are great for making empanadas. I altered the receipe a bit... and just used taco seasoning mix with ground turkey, olives & cheese. I made 8 larger empanadas.... they are delicious. The grands made it really simple!! I will definetly make again.

i'm from argentina and here we always eat empanadas! you shoud try them, tey are GREAT!

I must say, these are quite delicious! I make larger empanadas and serve with a salad for dinner. I make 1/2 with olives, and half without since my husband doesn't like the green olives. I will be making these again.

I took a double batch of these to an all adult Spanish class I had, and though the class was small I had none to take home! Everyone raved about them and I had to share the recipe with more than one!
