Mini Pecan Pie Crescent Poppers

Ingredients

can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls (8 rolls)

tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1
tablespoon butter, melted
3
tablespoons chopped pecans
1
egg, beaten

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise to make 2 narrow triangles.
  3. 3 In small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush triangles with melted butter. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar mixture on each triangle. Top with chopped pecans. Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point; place point side down on cookie sheet. Brush each crescent with egg. Top with any remaining brown sugar mixture.
  4. 4 Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until crescents are deep golden brown and baked though.
