1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Peanut Butter Cookie Dough 16.5 oz roll

Jar Strawberry Jelly

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease 36 mini-muffin cups.
  • 2 Roll Pillsbury Refrigerated Peanut Butter Cookie Dough into quarter-sized balls, about one tablespoon of dough. Place each coookie ball into one mini-muffin cup.
  • 3 Bake for 7 minutes. Using the back of a spoon, press the center of each cookie. Fill each cookie with 1-2 teaspoons of strawberry jelly. Return to oven and bake for 3 minutes. Leave cookies in pan for about 10 minutes, or until cool.
