can Pillsbury Biscuits
1/2
cup tomato sauce (reserve excess for dipping)
1/2
cup shredded cheese
1/2
cup diced pepperoni

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2 Flatten each biscuit into a circle
  • 3 Top with a small amount (less than 1 teaspoon) of tomato sauce, do not spread to edges.
  • 4 Add 2 teaspoons of cheese and 3-5 slices worth of pepperoni on top of sauce.
  • 5 Fold each biscuit in half to make a semi-circle and crimp edges with fork.
  • 6 Place on cookie sheet and bake 10-13 minutes or until biscuits are done.

There are lots of options for fillers--think ham and swiss, turkey and cheddar, leftover roast beef, etc. Serve with a dipping sauce such as marinara, gravy or honey mustard, depending on the fillers. Do not overfill with sauce or they won't seal.
