This was a great idea but I had the same experience. The cookie cups were so very hard - making them impossible to eat. Wonder what was wrong?

Roll the cookie dough into little balls for easy baking.Make sure that you don't put TOO MUCH sugar on the cups.

I love this recipe! We learned how to make it in my school's culinary art class. We substituted walnuts for butterscotch chips, and blueberries for raspberries. It was DELICIOUS!

I thought this was a place to review this recipe not to put your two cents in on who the winner should be/should not be. A lot of sore loser seem to be adding their inputs. If you do not like the recipe please say so, and the reason why, not because you do not think it should have won, because give more details! That stuff has nothing to do with this recipe!!! I liked the recipe, used chopped up milk chocolate candy instead, and fruit ice cream topping, and peanuts for the nuts. Homemade strawberry or raspberry sauce/jam would be prefect with this.

To all of those who feel that this is not a good recipe. Try thinking out of the box. I made these and omitted the ice cream and used french vanilla pudding and they tasted like a sweet mini cream puff. I think I will try other flavors of pudding next. This was perfect to give to my grandsons as I could control the portion they were getting at the time.

These were a big hit at my Christmas party. Don't know why it wasn't reviewed well by others. The only thing I did different was substitute the ice cream for a pre-made cheesecake filling which I scooped with a small cookie scoop. They looked and tasted great. Next time I may use peanut butter dough, grape jelly, then top with marshmallow fluff and peanuts.

Love the raspberry but I substituted the ice cream for a pre-made cheesecake filling. Loved them
