After unrolling pie crust, cut in quarters, ball up and roll out each quarter to the appropriate size. You won't have any "scraps" to discard.

So pretty! - I gave individual ones away as gifts at work today. I can think of several savory ingredients that would pair well for an appetizer - cream cheese and olive tapenade???

Can you offer suggestion for different fillings. What can be used instead for a diabetic person?

I don't like almond paste. Can it be made with a little cream cheese instead?

I would make these but without the almond paste.. I do not like almonds in any form. Is there any substitutes for the almond paste?

Will this "travel" if made ahead of time? Want to take something special to our Thanksgiving get-together.

Can you make the cranberry mixture a day ahead of time?
