I made these today for a Christmas carnival & they turned out great & went really fast! I took another reviewer's suggestion & turned the cookies over before spreading the cream cheese mixture so I would have the flat surface to work on. Because of the high cost of seasonal fruit, I used green grapes, blueberries, mandarin oranges, & kiwi and they turned out great. I was hesitant to use the limeade, but the lime flavor was not too strong, so it was fine.

I love this recipe! I make mine with fruit flavored cream cheese spreads, and then top it with a variety of fruit, I like strawberries, blueberries, and mandarin orange wedges. I like to make or buy a batch of sugar cookies, and then just make 1 or 2 at a time for myself. Simple enough to do even in the dorm room if I buy sugar cookies from the bakery!

I've made these a few times and they are delicious. I like making them with my 9 year-old so he gets fruit as part of his dessert! For me they are much easier than the large fruit pizzas, and people can choose their portion more easily.

This was a hit! I served it in winter at a card stamping party, and the girls loved it! The limeade gave it a delicious tang. I will definitely make it again.

cookies seemed to spread too thin??? flavors were great. I used lemon juice instead of the lime and it was great.

These were good! They do have to be assembled & eaten in the same day. Mine started getting soggy a few hours after frosting & adding the fruit. These were a great addition to my brunch & will defintely make again.

This is a wonderful recipe that everyone will love. I whole-heartedly recommend trying it. One tip: the cookies get soggy after a couple of hours. So, be sure to serve them right away.
