can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

tablespoon olive oil

teaspoon garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon Italian seasoning

cup shredded Parmesan cheese

oz Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs, softened

plum (Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced

package (1 oz) fresh basil leaves
1/2
lb thinly sliced deli turkey breast

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Shape dough to 12x7-inch rectangle. With fingertips, make indentations on top of dough several inches apart. Brush with oil; sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
  3. 3 Cut focaccia in half horizontally. Spread cut side of bottom of focaccia with Boursin cheese; layer with tomato, basil and turkey. Place top half of focaccia cut side down over turkey. With serrated knife, cut into 12 squares. If desired, cut each square in half diagonally to make 24 triangles. Secure each with toothpick.
