I just made these this morning for my mom and little sister - they loved them! (My mom said she probably ate too many.) :) Although I only made 16, cutting each rectangle 4x. They were a pretty nice size. I also sprinkled more of the excess sugar-cinnamon mixture on them after they were on the baking sheet. It really improved the flavor!

I added a pinch of rum or rum extract and vanilla to the glaze. Delish!

I made these for a brunch and they were a big hit. I made one batch with raisins, one with pecans. They are totally delicious. Everyone wanted the recipe. This will be one of my favorites going forward. Perfect for kids too.

These are amazingly yummy to my tummy! I made these for breakfest for my whole family and had to make more which has gotten wiped out too! They loved it! I add 2 little drops of vanilla extractto the frosting (milk & powdard sugar). Will make this again for sure.

easy & tasty. didn't have milk to make a glaze so i used caramel ice cream topping instead...mom loved it!
