Thanks for sharing your Recipe. I think this would also be good with Phyllo cups(less fat and guilt)...another thought, take the phyllo cups dip 'em in chocolate then put the cheese filling in the cup, spinkled with mini chocolate chips and toasted almonds...Mmmm

Sugar in the Raw has a little more crunch but regular sugar will work as well. You can easily find raw turbinado sugar in any super market. If you try it I think you will like it.

Just wondering why you suggest using raw sugar vs. regular sugar??? I don't have it onhand and wonder if it's really necessary?? thanks!
