I made these gluten free with my regular GF pie crust and no one could tell they were gluten free. These are easy and delicious!

These are great! I made them for a tea party with my granddaughters and they were a hit. Making them again this weekend for the ladies at scrapbooking. Yummy!

This was great! I used fresh blueberries and did use the powdered sugar/milk to drizzle over pies!

If desired, mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk until smooth. Drizzle over mini pies.

Wonderful recipe... I rerolled the extra pie crust to make 2 more, used fresh black berries instead of blue berries and substituted pecans for the coconut. I used a simple powder sugar and cream glaze over the top. I liked the idea of using nutmeg and vanilla in the topping! Easy dessert!

These are delicious both when they come out of the oven and right out of the fridge the next day! I omitted the coconut and added a 1/4 tsp of vanilla to the topping instead. I will definitely be making these again!
