Bake sausages with dinner rolls for a quick and easy breakfast that's ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 6 dinner rolls (from 14-oz package)
  • 1 package (12 oz) frozen pork sausage links
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup), if desired
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Steps

    Heat oven to 400°F. Bake rolls as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook sausage as directed on package; keep warm.
  • 2
    Cut each roll in half horizontally, cutting to but not through side of roll. Place rolls on ungreased cookie sheet. Place sausage link in each roll; top evenly with cheese, onion, tomato and bacon.

    Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
