Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Unroll dough; cut dough sheet in half along perforation to make 2 large rectangles. Do not separate into strips. Spread dough with cream cheese. Sprinkle dough with sugar mixture. Reroll; cut into 12 slices along perforations. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each to form 3-inch round.
Spoon 1 teaspoon apple butter in center of each round. Top each with 1 generous teaspoon walnuts and 1 generous teaspoon dried fruit, pressing in gently.
Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet.
