Mini BBQ Chicken Pizzas

With the help of Pillsbury® refrigerated dough and ingredients you probably have on hand, these pizzas are super easy!

Ingredients

cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
2/3
cup barbecue sauce

can (11.3 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated artisan dinner rolls made with whole grain*
1/2
cup chopped onion
1/2
cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend or Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1/2
cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease large cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix chicken and barbecue sauce.
  • 2 Separate dough into 8 rolls. Press or roll each to form 4 1/2-inch round; place on cookie sheet. Place about 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each round. Top with 1 tablespoon each of onion, cheese and bell pepper.
  • 3 Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until cheese is melted.
