We loved this dish. I could not find any cooked refrigerated potatoes so I bought frozen cubed hash brown potatoes and cooked them before adding to dish. I also used the cream of chicken soup low fat with 1% milk. The only thing I can add is the biscuits did not cook on the bottoms so I might cook them separately and add at the finish. It was superb regardless and my son said it was great re-heated for his lunch the next day.

I had to make it more carb friendly for me as a diabetic, so I used Filo dough for the top, unsweetened almond milk for the milk and turkey bacon. I eliminated the potatoes and it was delicious!

Excellent! My husband said it is much better than store bought pot pies. My ramakins are not big enough so I made it in a casserole and it was fine. It is certainly a repeat.

I used sizzlean because I can't eat pork, but it still came out good.

I added cream of chicken soup to the mixture. This made it much more creamy.

Yummy and warm in my tummy!! I used cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 cup water and one tbsp of flour instead of the jar of gravy and corn starch. After mixing the soup per the can's instructions I cooked the chicken and fresh celery, carrots, onion and potato until the veggies were tender in the soup mixture. (with the thyme as well) then added the biscuits and baked in a casserole dish using the suggest temperatue and time. It was fantastic!
