Simple recipes seem to be the best! I made these, because I wanted to use up some apples before they got too soft to eat. They are sooooo good and taste just like the old fashion apple dumplings my Mom Mom used to make without all of the fuss!

Brilliant and so easy! I skipped the sauce and just sprinkled with a tiny bit of cinnamon sugar mix. Everyone LOVED them. Next time I will make with peaches.

These are so easy and taste great. I like a lot of spice so I doubled the cinnamon, added allspice and dotted with a dab of butter. Adding craisins or raisins really takes these up a notch too. I will definitely make them again.

Anything with apples is good. This is nice because they are individual servings. You have to be careful with the filling. If there is too much the pie shell won't stay and they open up. But they taste great!

This recipe is GREAT! Like a mini apple pie...The pie crust makes exactly four if you cut it out right. Use the remaining dough and flatten it out to make your fourth circle. Yummy :)

These were VERY yummy...the only thing that I would do differently is roll the dough out just a little thinner. It's a lot of crust for a little dessert. A- !

This was easy to make, but there is no way you can get 4 out of one pie round. I used both pie rounds and made 6. I used extra cinnamon, because we all love it with apple pie, but otherwise I followed the recipe. I served it warm with ice cream and it was a big hit. I used the left over pie crust the way my mother taught me - roll it out, spread it with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, roll up, slice and bake - still as good as I remember from childhood!
