I made this recipe for my mom and I and there was a good amount of left overs, which was great! The best part is the tang of the beans and the sour cream and the seasonings. Its a great recipe that is filling!

My family LOVES this recipe. I didn't add the beans cuz we just aren't a bean family and I didn't use the cilantro cuz I don't like it but otherwise followed recipe. Was great and there wasn't any left for my husbands lunch the next day!!!
