Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Refrigerated Reduced Fat Crescent Dinner Rolls 8 oz (8 ct)
1 - 16oz. Can Old El Paso Reduced Fat Refried Beans
1 - 16oz. Jar Old El Paso Salsa - Fresh Mexican Style Smooth Roja.
1 - 8oz. Cabot - Vermont Monterey Jack, Shredded
1lb. Leftover Chicken

  • 1 Pre-Heat Oven to 350 Degrees
  • 2 In skillet combine chicken, beans & salsa. Simmer covered about 8 minutes to 10 minutes till bubbly.
  • 3 Unroll Pillsbury Cresent Rolls into 2 squares. Each square will consist of 4 triangles. Cut each large square vertically & horizontally. Then cut again diagonally to form an X. You will end up with 8 small triangles for each large square. Be sure to pinch the any pre-made seams in large triangles.
  • 4 Place a heaping teaspoon of filling in center of triangle. Top with some cheese. Cover with anothe
