I did this with pinto beans instead of olives and added some Taco Seasoning because I only had about a 1/2 cup of salsa left. It was pretty good - probably will add more seasoning next time as it was a bit flavorless.

This is my (out of town guest are coming but no arrival time) recipe. It is a winner every time. I serve with sides of shredded Mexican blend cheese and sour cream. Sometimes I add some kind of beans to chicken mixture. There is never any leftovers. It's light enough with the beans for late arrival guest as snack or meal. This was in a Pillsbury cookbook years ago.
