Followed the recipe, and added home-made guacamole as a topper. This recipe is good on it's own, but the guac really added extra yum. I'm sending this to my college age daughter, I know she's going to love it, too! Don't let the common ingredients and simple prep fool you, it's pretty darn tasty.

This is a great recipe for stuffed pepper lovers. It's quick to make too.

This is one of the best and most unusual receipes I have tried and is simple enough to make. Everyone in my family loved it. We'll have it again soon.

Easy to prepare and very flavorful. Taste great as leftovers too. If I leave out the pepper slices my 3 year old loves them. Not a lot of dishes to do afterward either. Recommended.

This recipe was so awesome that i use this as a appetizer for our mexican family day. This is where I choose 1 day out the month and make different types of mexican food. Now I have a new dish to add to the list. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
