Bring more color and vitamins to a classic Mexican casserole with the addition of Green Giant® creamed spinach - a delicious family dinner.

Ingredients

(10-oz.) pkg. Green Giant™ Frozen Creamed Spinach

(7-oz.) pkg. (3 1/2 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni
1
(10-oz.) can tomatoes with chiles, undrained
1/2
cup sour cream
6
oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare spinach and cook macaroni as directed on packages.
  • 2 In ungreased 2-quart ovenproof casserole, combine cooked spinach, cooked macaroni, tomatoes with chiles, sour cream and half of the cheese; mix well. Top with remaining cheese.
  • 3 Bake at 350°F. for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
