Made this for a church fellowship gathering. It was delicious. A nice, tasty way to get our daily fresh veggies.

I make this appetizer EVERY Christmas and my family just loves it. I used to make a seven layer taco dip, but the family got too big and it went so fast. This recipe incorporates most of the same ingredients. Very easy to prepare and goes a long way.
