  • 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in cooking sauce. Reduce heat. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  • 2 Spoon mixture and cheese on buns.
