I just made this, its so simple and quick. I made mine in the crockpot!!!! I added green chiles and rotel tomatoes. Put sour cream and fresh tomatoes on top, everybody loved it.

A quick, easy, meal to make, and tastes pretty good. I really liked the tortillas in it, and put sour cream and green onions on mine.
