This was really good! I substituted drained, canned Mexicorn for the frozen corn, and added a little extra cheese. Very tasty! I will definitely make this again.

Made this for my family tonight and we all loved it. I have a picky teenager and he even ate 2 helpings! I did add about half a cup more cheese, we are cheese people. This will be on the menu again soon!!!
