I am a senior citizen and have cooked since I was 6 yrs old. In my middle age I discovered the whisk!!!! I gotta tell ya, I will do without almost all my utensils EXCEPT my whisk. Everyone should have one for gravy, koolaid, mixing, water/flour. It is wonderful to get rid of any lumps and mixes easily without work on your part

When I originally wrote and submitted this recipe, I called for using a wisk instead of a fork. The good people at Pillsbury tweeked the recipe before publising it in fear that everyone wouldn't have a wisk. If you have a wisk, use it. And when you pour the oil on top of the flour seasoning mixture, drizzle it all over then wisk. It should end up looking like "shake and bake" mix.
