I just tried this recipe out last night for the first time. I needed a meatless dish to bring to a Halloween potluck. It was GREAT! Was actually much more flavorful than I''d expected. It''s so different from anything I''ve ever had.Doesn''t remotely taste like traditional pasta salad. The fresh lime juice and lime peel, give it a "WOW" kind of kick! You don''t need to change a thing (although I probably doubled the cilantro and green onions)The dressing just makes it fabulous! If you''re looking for a new side dish, this is IT! It''s a keeper, for sure! It did take me closer to 40 min. to make, and I mixed it up the night before I needed it. I was worried that the avacado would turn brown, but adding it to the dressing before mixing as suggested, the lime kept the avacado nice and green. Thanks Pillsbury!!!

This is a great recipe. It combines two favorite tastes that my family love. Macaroni salad and the Mexican flavors combine to make a real treat. This salad is addictive. The lime zest and taco seasoning leave a flavor in your mouth that leaves you wanting more. I also love how with every bite you get a different combination of vegetables. The chunks of avacado combine nicely with the black olives and cherry tomatoes. This salad is a real winner!

I made this salad for Father''s Day and it was a big hit. I did leave out the avacodos and olives and added a can of corn kernals instead. It is a very easy recipe that offers a great alternative to the traditional pasta salad. Several people asked for the recipe!

This was very good, the lime zest with the taco seasoning brings a fun flavor to an old favorite. Next time I will add some cut up chicken breast and maybe substitute the kidney beans for black beans. But overall, very good. Will definitely make again!
